Desktop to Reader

Reader receives a purpose-built study package rather than a live copy of the desktop library. That keeps the mobile experience focused and makes moving material to the device an explicit action.

Export an encrypted bundle
PolicyVector packages the selected material for Reader and protects it with the bundle unlock flow.
Import on the device
Bring the bundle in from Files or a user-selected Google Drive item, then unlock it locally.
